Shipments and returns
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 -3 working day after receipt of payment if the products is in stock.
General Information for Overseas Customer:
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient may be subject to import taxes, customs fees and duties...etc, all these additional charges are borne by the recipient.
Product Return / Refund policy:
We do not have to provide a refund if you change your mind about a particular purchase, please choose carefully. However, if the products are faulty, We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. If the product was delivered incorrectly, i.e., not the goods ordered, it could be return to us and a replacement will be issued. If the product was delivered damaged, Customer must notify us with an e-mail within three days of receipt of the product. The notification includes the invoice number, your name, address, and brief description of the damage and/or relevant details.
